I never had any issue with your Insignia product.

She told me this week that they work wonderful! Her deafness no longer causes a source of contention between her and her room-mate. I am so thankful that this type of equipment is made. Awesome Listening Experience

These are the best RF Wireless Headphones I have owned. The sound is crystal clear now. You can't beat the price. I also bought a digital optical cable to hook it up; much easier than the RF wires. I also have another set of the same Insignia headphones that are 2 years old and they still work great!

I had a heck of a time getting them hooked to our New LG HD tv . I talked to Best Buy employees, and was told how to do, but it didn’t work. I called insignia and they said it would work !! I called LG and got some bad information also . I ended buying a optical splitter and optical cables, and was able to make them work.

With these headphones, you can hear clearly plus they block out surrounding noises. Very comfortable to wear. The cables that came with the headphones did not fit our Samsung Smart TV. No problem! The Rocketfish 4' Toslink Optical Audio Cable worked perfectly.
