It's a good product. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't hold a charge for very long but the quality is excellent.

I bought this for my grandma (who has hearing aids) because she would have the TV on so loud because she still could not hear it. Got this and she really enjoys it. I plugged it into the 3.5mm jack behind the TV and RCA to the base. She can hear the TV and we don’t have to cover our ears because the TV is so loud. Win win.

Bought for my husband to use with tv. He loves them and I don’t have to hear the tv when he’s watching g something.

Local store was out of product. (it was on sale.) Salesperson recommended getting it on line, so I did. What I got was an open box item. Though it was not labeled as such, and I did not order an "open box" product, I could tell from the incomplete and non-std packaging (e.g. "Checked by Best Buy" tape, lack of instructions, unwrapped cords, etc.) that this was not an original factory packaging. Furthermore it just stopped working shortly after set-up (assuming I did it correctly -- though it is not hard). Couple of calls to Best Buy support (NOTE: they don't make their call in number easy to find) and a brand new one was on its way via 2nd day.

Bought these to watch TV on Saturday mornings without waking my wife, they are great! I also use them in the evenings to watch TV and listen to music, wish i had bought them years ago.

The headset works fabulously. Television watcher can enjoy his entertainment without disturbing others in the room who are engaged in other activities.

These have turned out to be very good headphones. The operating manual was a bit confusing, but I think it was more about troubleshooting than anything else. These pair well. They usually turn on and connect without a hitch. On occasion I need to actually turn them on, which is as easy as holding down the power button. My only complaint is that I cannot change sources from the headphones. I also don't care about this feature. They have a bit too much bass for me, but not a deal breaker. I can move about most of the house without breaking bluetooth contact. But best of all is that I can watch TV late at night at a volume of my choosing without waking up the rest of the house.

I purchased these to assist my partially deaf husband to listen to the TV without running the TV sound up to 93 or more decibels. His TV is three rooms away from the Kitchen TV and he would turn the sound up so loud I couldn't hear what was being said on my TV. Now it is so quiet when he watches TV, it is fantastic and he is able to enjoy the news and his favorite programs.
