Good earphones except for volume buttons and the oval shaped ear foam pads are too narrow. The volume buttons are too small and too close together and placed in inconveniently. It is hard to find the tiny buttons to adjust the sound. My old Insignia headphones cost way less but had no such issues. Volume buttons were easy to access and use and pads for ears were round and comfortable. I wanted to another set for another TV but they were no longer available. The sound quality is good and hook up easy.

Battery life isn't the greatest and has trouble connecting to my tv

Excellent head set - can hear quiet well and it doesn't mute the T.V. like the Bose blue tooth set so my wife can listen to our T. V. as well as me using the head phones...

Excellent quality in sound and build. Worth considering for multiple locations.

Old headphones failed and picked these up to replace them. Using the optical feed (cable supplied) from the cable box works perfectly and is simpler that the older set we replaced.

Wife is hard of hearing. These headphones are great. She can watch TV till who knows when and i can sleep. Morning comes early. Highly recommended. Only thing is put the volume buttons on one side and the on off and channel control on the othrr.

Purchased these for my mom, who is hard of hearing and needs headphones to enjoy TV watching. After trying 5 different headphones over the years, these are by far the best solution. Don't spring for the more expensive Sony or Seinhausers. These do the trick.

They work great! It’s so nice that my husband can watch a loud sporting event in the same area while I am relaxing or getting dinner ready etc

Am really impressed with the quality and sound of the headphones . being a so to speak generic brand for best buy they sound great with just enough bass and highs and low frequancies . the only problem that I have with them is the head band is a little too long to fit perfectly on my my ears ,

An excellent value! Easily connected. Pairing base with headphones is easy. Controls are not complicated and sound is very good. The ear pieces are comfortable and cover ears well. Extraneous sound is partially blocked. I would recommend this product.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR HOOK-UP. APPEARS TO BE JUST WHAT WE WANTED. EASIER TO USE THAN THE OLD EARPHONES THAT DIED.

I bought these for a senior who was having trouble quietly watching television while caring for their partner, and these've helped out tremendously. They were easy to set up, have great sound quality (according to them) and weren't too complicated to operate.

I had a hard time using the RCA jacks and had a much better result when I changed to optic cable, the sound is fantastic. I would buy these again. They are over the ears, but if you have big ears they are over and on the ears.

This is the second unit I purchased to replace one used on a daily basis for up to ten hours a day for more than a year by my Mother who is confined to a bed in a nursing home. She is very pleased with it.

I purchased two Sony headphone sets from Best Buy. The first one was flawed in that the sound would cut out off and on! I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it with the same model. This time the sound would stop every 15 minutes and come back on for 5 seconds then go off again. Done with Sony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I exchanged it for the Insignia Over-the-Ear Headphones. Other than the poorly written instruction pamphlet it works well. I am still discovering things that are not cover in the instructions. This is the second Insignia headset that I have owned. The previous one was poorly built and the left ear headphone broke off from the set. I was able to tape it back on and then lasted for approximately 2 years.

Love these. Bought these for my dad in nursing home. He is practically deaf. They are loud enough for him to hear the t.v. Easy to hook up. Would def buy again. Not sure of battery life.

My husband loves the headphones i gave him for an early Christmas gift. He states they are very comfort with excellent audio. I love them as i can read while he's watching tv. A win-win. Would recommend headphones
