Great for someone who is hard of hearing so you don’t have to have the tv up so you can actually talk to other people without yelling lol.

I am going to buy more for the living room next.

I bought these for my father so he could hear the TV without blasting the volume for the rest of us. My smart TV had to be configured for the headset to work (there are many how-to videos on how to do this). Once I finished playing with the HDMI cable vs the optical cable (optical works best), the headset works great! My TV sound bar already had the optical cable which I used to plug into the headset base (and then used the HDMI to plug the sound bar into the TV). It works great.

They work great. I can walk in and out of the room and still hear.

Got them for my dad who is hard of hearing. It is also great for watching movies when the house sleeping. Get surround sound. You can really get sucked into what your watching.
