After trying other head sets that didn't work, I went back and Gabe hill helped me. He took the head set to an LG smart tv... plugged it in and it worked. He took a photo of all the attachments with my smart phone and wrote down 3 steps to follow. good fortune to hav . He took the set to an LG smart tv, plugged it in and it worked!
