My husband and I are not "techy" people, and we had difficulty setting the headphone up to our tv. I brought it into the store and we had at first 2 and then 3 of the sales people helping me. Not only did they show me what to do - they actually wrote it down on a separate piece of paper detailing step by step instructions. They were absolutely WONDERFUL!! I can't say enough about them! They were the BEST!!!

TV headphones

Sound cuts in and out and takes 20 to 30 minutes to get to where you can hear everything without interruption. Almost returned them.
