Volume Control and On/Off switch is an issue

So more times than not my elderly mother is accidentally turning them off and having difficulty controlling the volume

Bought these as a replacement for a pair of Sony RF headphones that were filled with static/interference. There was no static/interference with the Insignias, but I did find the sound to be not as full.

This might be user error.

Unfortunately these headphones did not help him hear any better. I will stipulate though that it might have been user error on the part of my dad. This product did get better review from others.

SANTA MARIA, CA Store Needs Training...!!

Because I am an older woman and do not understand this new technology I of course depend on the employees at Best Buy to provide me with the correct and best product for my purpose....well, Santa Maria, CA store employees are useless and RUDE...this is NOT the first time this has happened, in the last year I have gone to purchase something 7 times at this store and all 7 times I find the employees as well as their 'managers' rude and definitely NOT helpful and this last time I asked what product I needed then I asked "Do I need any additional equipment for this devise?" 'Manager' replied "NO" ---- WRONG now I have to drive 2HOURS to get the required cable before I can use this item!! SERIOUSLY BEST BUY COULD YOU TRAIN YOUR employees and MANAGERS not just on merchandise but how to treat customers with RESPECT - Your SANTA MARIA, CA store is TERRIBLE...!!

Fades in and Out

I don't know why it would make a difference but this is my second pair and it does it too

Not for the elderly.

Once adjusted, they were fine, but I had to do it for her each time. The controls on the headset are simply too small and difficult to adjust.
