    I was ready to return the headphones, until I talked to one of the Best Buy guys. He explained what buttons to push, (and how long to wait between pushes). The instructions, even in the larger, on- line instructions, did not explain properly.

    I have trouble hearing dialogue on TV shows and this really helps. The only issue is when there is a lot of action and the sound is loud I have to take them off. Also, I have to take them off to adjust the volume. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.

    Worked well with regular cable but seems to interfere with fiber optic wireless cable that the hoa shoved down our throats. Works well as long as its placed far enough from the cable box.

    Took it out of the box and connected it to my TV with an Optical/Digital Cable I had to purchase separately. Configured my TV to recognize the Headphones and works beautifully. Bought and installed one for my Mom who is hard of hearing.
