I needed wireless earphones she went out of her way to see if the ones she suggested were in the back room and explained how they worked ! I was a manager and i know a dedicated employee when i see one! Alexia is an asset to BEST BUY !

I purchased these Insignia headphones on February 01, 2019.

With these headphones I shed my aids and can use volume individualy without impacting the tv volume of others. Works fantastic for me! And have no cord to deal with. Actually my second set of these since I purchased another pair last year for a summer home. Very happy with both purchased.

Couldn’t be happier with how this performs, especially for the price. Now my wife can listen to TV at the sound she prefers and I can listen with a higher volume without annoying her. Love it.

Head set more comfortable than Sony. Too easy to change channel but easily corrected. A little task to comfortably set volume in coordination with TV volume.
