Works as advertised. I purchased this to replace another set that broke. Sound quality is ok for watching TV. I haven't used it for anything else. Purchased it while on sale.

Keeps the household peaceful when everyone is on their different entertainment devices and has their own headphones.

This product is great! I wish I bought one yeas ago! It's comfortable, my dad uses it so I don't have to be overcome with excessive decibels while watching the same program! Why didn't I do this sooner?:)

My husband has been using this brand of headphones for watching television as he is hard of hearing and he really has liked them. The new headphones he recently purchased are a little different, but he likes them just the same .

buttons for on and off and others diferent colors maybe so its easier to see...

Great for my father that is hard of hearing. We are able to enjoy TV time together without him having the volume so loud the family couldn’t enjoy. He loves them. Tried 3 different types before he was happy with these.

Sound quality is fair, but I love that my retired husband can watch TV with these while I am trying to work in the next room. Makes for a peaceful marriage!

The wireless headphones that I got for my mother are working quite well.

Pairing works, but volume needs to be adjusted every time. Worth it, if on sale.

I bought these for my Mother in Law because she couldn’t hear the tv good. These headphones work fabulous for her.

having difficulties hearing. i live in apt building wtih over 100 apts and i think all of them must have wireless working !! difficult to get clear reception.

I made the mistake of buying these, assuming they were bluetooth headphones. They aren't. They co.e with a module to plug into your home stereo, that broadcasts whatever it is playing to the headphones. I returned these, as I dont have a home stereo.

I purchased this product for my Wife. She wanted to be able to what T.V. in bed, while I am sleeping. Well since I purchased it, she hasn't used it once. When the return department of, Best Buy re-opens I intend to return it.

This is the only set of headphones that I have been able to find that allows my wife to listen to TV at a lower volume while I listen through the headphones at a high volume

Purchased this item at Best Buy in Portland Maine a few months ago to use while there for summer. Worked perfectly. Purchased same item from Best Buy in Davenport Florida only to find out that the connections were not the same. Unit connections for this unit would not fit identical TV (Sony) as the one in Maine. Therefore could not connect to the system without having to jump through hoops to find 3rd party connectors. Not worth the time and effort. Can't understand why identical items has different connections.

My father-in-law is losing his hearing. He watches TV in his bedroom and turns the volume up. My mother-in-law is in the next room and complains that it's too loud. So I got him this. I had to get the Optical Audio Cable to make it work

Product was better than I expected, they’re used daily. Made of sturdy material that will last.

These headphones are very comfortable. The main problem, however, is the volume cuts in and out frequently. I returned the first set for that reason, and the second set does the same thing. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? It appears that it is a common problem.

I got these for my dad who is 92 and is pretty much deaf but can hear tv good with these and had a pair before that he just wore out got him the second pair and one Side has never worked and now both sides don’t work but have had just a little to long to take back
