The tower will plug into wall switch, and the tower will charge the headphones, but with no cable for tv, it won’t work. My handyman told me to buy a different cable, and I did, but again, no sound. Told two clerks, butonesentence response and walking away from me not helpful. I am 73, and I am ignored here.

Next day I gave it another shot, and after several minutes I heard a crackle in the head set, but it immediately stopped. I jiggled the connection on the headset stand and finally made a connection.... it lasted for a couple of hours and then the connection stopped.... another hour of trying and no connection. Next day I returned for new one..... never got the new one to connect, so I returned the new one too.

Great headphones for watching TV

If you are just watching cable they’re awesome!
