The with this it's easily to crack i prefer the film.

I don’t like the quality of this product it is not what I imagine

I don’t like that it doesn’t cover all the screen.

Not easy to apply onto the phone. But I feel like a lot of these types of screen protector dont make it easy to begin with. I ended up with lots of bubbles.

Save your money and buy a screen protector that actually has a “9H” hardness. I dropped the phone one time and the joke of a protector cracked. I call up the insignia warranty department and their warranty coverage is also laughable at best (if the product wasn’t already damaged when you first brought it, then the warranty is void) Don’t spend money on their protector. You’re literally better off financially not having a screen protector on at all than having theirs on your phone.

Did not come with a guide that helps line up protector. Have to do it simply by eyesight which harder to do give notch area.

Not happy with this product. Purchased in Best Buy thinking that they sale only quality products...HMMM Installed it as per the instructions on my new iPhone XS, but the corners of the screen are not stick properly, it is coming off from the corners when you put the phone in jeans/paint pocket. I want to return it but after istallation on phone, i dont know they accept it.

The screen protector started chipping within days of placement. This happened with normal use..

After 2 weeks it cracked for the money spent I thought it would last a little longer.

I bought for my wife phone just few weeks and started crack everywhere

Very delicate. Broke in 2 weeks. Not happy with the purchase.

Despite what the package says this screen cover is really designed for 10 not for an 8. The protector is a harder type of plastic so you cannot press the home button at all. It did not register my thumbprint or fingerprint. I just ended up throwing it away since it was only $15

Buy a better brand. This one feels extremely cheap!

This product is mismarked in the Best Buy store. It was labeled for the iPhone 8 which is what I have. There was a sticker also stuck to the corner of the cover labeled “compatible with iPhone X.” Needless to say, I had to drive back to the store to exchange it.

this works perfect for an iphonex the only thing is i bought it for an 8. i need one for an 8 and the box clearly said 8. tried to return it but was told that it wasn't an 8 protector and as left feeling they thought i switched them.

Normal usage and already has two cracks in it rendering it close to useless. May make sense to spend more on the lifetime warranty ones but you still have to pay shipping and handling is the catch with those

I have never dropped the phone, not sure how but the protector screen has several cracks. I have not had any accidents with this phone so no reason it should already be ruined.
