Sometimes the batteries won’t work in the control. They will be charged but seem to “glitch” the remote so that it won’t work with the rechargeable batteries forcing me to use regular batteries.

Really good but make sure you have device sitting on top of something too and not hanging off the edge or it moves a tiny bit. Really good.

I love the sleekness and the fit right along my Xbox one X. The only problem I deal with is that the battery does not seem to hold as long as of a charge as stated. Maybe it’s because the charging station doesn’t have an over charge protection or something. Maybe spend a little bit more money and get the official Xbox ones. It just sucks because I love the look of this product.

What can I say, it’s a charger. Has a charging light, changes color when battery is full. One thing I don’t like about it is it can only fit one type of Xbox

My batteries keep popping out and a pain to get to stay in. Once you get the snap to remain closed it is good. I almost took it back though. Wouldn’t recommend this.

This was a great outline to my Xbox everyone that has an Xbox can relate to the controller dying being an inconvenience but with this accessory it no longer is

Always running to the store for batteries, or looking for the charger, this attaches to the XBOX and makes it nice to charge the batteries and know were the charger is all the time.

I've bought Insignia battery charging docks for Xbox One, Xbox One S and Xbox One X.. They all have worked great, looked great and has lasted for years

I purchased for my Xbox One. Didn't read well enough to see this was for an Xbox One X. I ended up returning it but I can honestly say that I didn't have any problems out of the product.

If you have xbox one what a relive for battery savings !!! Love it so muchhh!!! Saves me a lot ! spend less money or more like none spend at battery’s !!!

I don’t love the look of charger docks for controllers. This integrates seamlessly onto the side of my console and the battery pack life has been good so far.

Make sure you check which side your port is before buying. Works great but had to return first one because I have the digital xbox one which the ports on left side

I don't have the X, but good thing I just had gotten a Windows wireless adapter, as it had an extra USB extension cable that worked out great for my original Xbox one.

I bought the battery charger to save money on buying double AA batteries for my Xbox Controllers. I bought this on sale for half the regular price.

This charging station is very convenient and doesnt add much space to the xbox. Almost looks as if its part of the system! Battery life is mediocre so make sure you always have a spare being charged

Works as expected, but had to purchase a separate USB cable to connect to the XBOX One X when it is mounted to the vertical base as the vertical base covers the USB port

Get 3 chicken dinners in a row. Then go pack a icon in a sbc. Then get on madden and hit em with dat special defense. This thang stays on playa!

The device is good. Constantly charging one battery for when need it. If you use two controllers you will need to daily charge batteries. Keep that in mind.

During the stay at home, the kids play a lot, once schoolwork is done. They were running me out of batteries until I got this. Never looking back.

This was a good purchase the batteries don’t last as long as Microsoft brand ones but they still are good to have extra batteries around
