That being said, my IPad was a package deal and well worth the total price, which included the mini IPad, cover, styllus, and screen protector.

The corner clips tend to break making the case unusable. The elastic handle feature is nice if you are using the case while standing and holding the tablet, as it prevents you from accidentally dropping the iPad. The opening for the headphone plug works for the iPad headphone but not so well for others.

I went back to Best Buy and one of the employees in customer service who's name is Michelle treated me like I I had committed a crime. She said she couldn't do anything for me and gave me an 800 number to call. I went back to look for another case and Michelle followed me thru the whole store to make sure I wasn't stealing anything. Like if that was not enough when I left she actually took the cover off my hands and checked it to make sure I dad not exchanged it. I called the 800 number and A girl named Dulce (which in Spanish means sweet) was a sweetheart with me and told me to go back to Best Buy and get a replacement. She called Best Buy herself and arranged everything. So...back I went to get my replacement and Michelle gave it to me but in such a nasty manner I'm never going back to Best Buy. My church group ladies loved my IPad but I told them to go to Apple Store.
