This appeared to meet all the criteria. I especially liked the elastic strap that holds it closed. After using it a week, I decided to take it back. The thickness of the strap and ridges on the back of the cover left smudges on the screen and added just a little too much to the size. It's a good case, just not what I wanted. Looks nice and not cheap.

I like that it has a hand strap to hold on to the iPad. I like the inside material, it is soft and does not scratch the glass of my iPad. The strap seems a little bit loose, I don't now how long it will hold. My old one had some kind of rubbery stuff inside which left marks on the screen over time, and it was hard to remove. I am happy with this one, and the price was right, too.

The elastic that keeps the case close is very handy and the grooves keeps the iPad in a position for optimum viewing.
