Good Universal Charger

It didn't have the tip that I needed, so I couldn't use it right away, but they allow you to order the tips that you need for free and will send them to you. The tips that it did come with seemed pretty universal. I must have just had one of those weird laptops.

Fortunately I eventually had it returned. I must have left it somewhere in the department. The Insignia adapter is adequate if the provided tips work with your computer. It did not work with the Sony computer despite the description claiming it would. This caused a major problem since I really needed it at the time. You can get a tip for the adapter by contacting someone and getting it through the mail, but that doesn't help if you need it right away.

I have back ups and more back ups for my laptop - but he doesn't. Ordered this and it worked great for my Dell - but not for his Thinkpad - but I think it's an older model. Returned since I didn't need it. Would buy again if my dogs eat all my laptop power cords.

Insignia went through the trouble of making all the different tips that can be detached. I wish that cords can be made detachable for better cord management and travel convenience.
