The computer recognizes the voltage being presented but could not recognize the power rating, even though it was double the required power needed. Non-recognition prevented the battery from charging or allowing the computer to operate from the charger. The computer knew it was plugged-in but would not trust using the charger. I returned the charger and had to wait 3 weeks for Dell charger to be shipped.

I rushed out once before to another smaller electronic store, who has been recently purchased by a cellular phone carrier, and that charger had over heated my previous laptop. Reluctantly, I went to Best Buy with the laptop and one of the store employees assisted me located the charger. I took it home and plugged it into the laptop and it worked! Without issues! Good job!!

It is very slim, fits easily for travel, and has a ton of "tips" that enable it to adopt to any laptop. So, it can be used on multiple devices and shared with your Wife, kids, etc. Also, there is also a card inside that offers additional "tips" if the tip required for your laptop is not one of the included tips. Great product.

I was pretty upset after being told and looking compatibility up that it was the right one. Not my favorite product. Universal charges are a last resort solution and it didn't solve my problem

It did not work with my daughters Yoga. BB did take it but so no harm no foul. It may be fine with other brands. It seemed good quality
