Once plugged in to the PC you would see the charging icon but once you unplugged, it had not charge at all. Went with an OG cable instead.

Most laptops in this price range have 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD and a Pentium or AMD or Celeron chip. This unit has 6GB RAM, 750GB HDD and an Intel I3 (series 4) chip. Great value!

Does Not Work With Dell Precision 5530

Good for a replacement

It would be good if the plug had some sort of "snap lock" to prevent unplugging from the cord so easily.

It's now a mobile computer again, which is great, and the charger keeps it full. The computer itself is dying (has a lot of overheat shutdowns so have to keep a fan on it and I can't unplug the charger or it dies in 10 minutes) but the charger works without a hitch.

There are multiple adaptor fittings to chose from and it works. The fittings with this adaptor do not fit as snugly as the first one I got but would still recommend it.
