Called number on box and they offerred to send additional adapters but would take weeks to arrive. With college and a dead laptop, WEEKs wasnt an option. Went to store and returned. Unless ALL possible adapters are included I would not recommend labeling as UNIVERSAL

Well it turns it on and works, but as soon as it is unplugged, I learned that the unit will not charge with this charger. I feel like I wasted $65. for a charger that will not charge the unit.

Not only are the adapter tips a perfect fit for her Acer, but they also have a tip for my newer Toshiba as well! Fast, efficient, compact design is also a plus.
