I talked to a representative and she was very helpful in getting me the proper cord. It is only a power cord, but it works fine and that is all that matters. How long it works properly will be the true test!

I had to get a new adapter for my Dell Inspiron laptop, but as soon as I plug it in, IT DID NOT WORK!!!!!!! I had to go to Amazon to buy the exact adapter that broke down on me. Now I'm stuck with this product and I have no idea how to get rid of it or get my money back.

They sent me the wrong attachment, and I paid for expedited shipping. So I'm out an additional fee for shipping as well as my time to take the product back because it doesn't fit a Dell Inspiron Laptop. Also, when you call insignia the wait time is 20 mins or more.
