The screen says "0% charged. plugged in, not charging" and the laptop dies randomly while using it. I was very disappointed at the fact that Dell was included on the list of brands for which it was supposed to work. I know it's not my laptop battery because my friend's charger works fine with it. Do not buy.

Didn't work with Dell xps 13
