However, it gets the job done, for a basic price. You should know going into it that getting speakers like these will not sound great.

It was great listening to a book on CD while getting some things done around the house. Small buy for a useful purpose. Will use these often!

Like a few others said the sound when plugging into the phone jack sound is distorted and not good. Debating taking the back but will keep and just plug my headphones directly into the tower. Tried to adjust for the sound like the paperwork said but no luck fixing it

She really doesn't watch TV but listens to the news while she works, and for that they are just fine. Nothing spectacular, but they didn't cost much either !!!
