I wish the maximum volume was a bit louder, but it's perfectly acceptable and works great for my office needs.

I was down between this and the Logitech Z150 speakers, so I bought both to compare. These Insignia speakers ended up being disappointing. The power button has a 2-second delay, the button and knob both feel cheap, and the sound quality is mediocre. I ended up going with the Logitech Z150s instead, and they ended up being perfect!
