I didn’t expect a lot but they’re really not amazing. It’s one step above flat out not having sound. I needed them in a pinch after I realized I built a pc and didn’t remember speakers. I’ll replace them soon for something that doesn’t sound like a tin can. For now it’s better than nothing.

Sound isn't Bad

This is my second Insignia speaker. The first one lasted me about 5 1/2 years. Both of them have the same cheap sound, they just have a different design. I don't really watch or listen to anything on my desktop that much, so I don't really care about the sound quality.

You have to hold the speaker in place so you don't turn the whole thing. The volume level is pretty low, even for a low end set of speakers. I would not purchase these again nor recommend you buy them. They only get two stars because they do actually produce sound. Further than that....
