Pruchased these to have some computer speakers for watching shows. They dont have any cool bells or whistles but cheap enough to get the job done. Clear sound and loud enough withput distortion.

Easy to plug in and use. The volume knob is a little stiff to turn. I use this on my kids computer and his keyboard has volume up and down that we use. So we turn the volume knob all the way up on the speakers and use the keyboard for volume up and down. You could also use your mouse to control volume on most everything you watch on a computer by using the volume bar on the screen. The sound is just good enough for most games and videos. No complaints. If we used Computer speakers for loud music, we would have purchased something else.

These are OK speakers if you just want to listen to TV or other programs that don't require great sound. I use them for watching news programs on my computer and they work okay. Haven't tried them with music, so can't comment about the quality of sound. If you're looking for cheap speakers that sound good, I would recommend these. If you aren't looking for great speakers to watch movies, these would work, too. And they are small enough to fit on just about any desk arrangement.
