I got all ready to put the glass screen protector on, took plastic screen saver off my new phone and opened the wet wipe, It was completely dry. Called best buy WAITED 25 MINUTES on phone. Only option to drive back to store to return it and hope they are not all that way.

How does that happen? Sure enough it was difficult to install and not exactly a glove fit for the Iphone XR for which it was intended. I plan to return it if I am still within the return window.

The first time, I accidentally put a glass down on the edge of the phone. Thought it was weird that it cracked, but I bought another. The second cracked while in my purse. Will find another brand this time.

I am certainly sorry to read about this experience you had with your Screen Protector. It is important to consider, however, that the product is designed to cover your phone's screen from light bumps or scratches, but not from falls or drops. Since the screen of your phone was protected, the product served its purpose and expectation.

Flimsy glass screen protector

I have a feeling itll happen again but with a lifetime warranty i can just go back and get a new one every time it breaks. Good thing best buys in my neighborhood.

In less than 1 week the protector was cracked. It slipped from my hand to the floor or a vehicle while I was sitting inside that vehicle (no more than 3 feet fall) and it cracked.

It is important to consider, however, that it is designed to cover your screen from scratches or light bumps not from falls or drops. This is why the warranty covers you from defects out of the box, since dropping it is considered as physical damage.
