Paid for brand new, got a used/returned item

Arrived to pick it up and waited 10 minutes for someone to help me at the online pick up counter. Got home, opened it up, and apparently it had been bought, used, and returned before. It was missing the alignment tool to help place the protector on the screen, among other things. Super disappointing.

Just see to it that you are still within 15-day period. Make sure that once you come to our store, bring in the item together with the proof of purchase and the card that you use to purchase it.
