The rating on the scale of hardness is certainly not what is stated on the packaging. It is clear and feels nice to the touch but they break like warm butter. (if butter could break)

The glass itself smudges immediately and holds fingerprints more easily than the actual iPhone glass itself. Other screen protectors I've purchased for previous models have actually felt like the actual iPhone's glass and don't smudge or gather fingerprints like this one. The durability is also incredibly poor. A low drop of two feet was enough to cause a hairline crack on the opposite end of the phone from the point of impact, all while it was in a case that is raised above the screen protector. If you want a solid screen protector, consider looking elsewhere and spending a little more money, especially on a brand that offers a warranty.

I’ve dropped my previous phone and remained fine. It does form side bubbles but goes away and flattens out well on phone. No issues with texting or anything and nice and thick quality good
