    You get a lot of paste but it is very runny and does not transfer heat to a heat sync any better than the pre-applied thermal paste. In fact, I would argue it is worse as the aftermarket cooler I used was much larger and had a better fan than the stock AMD cooler. I got approximately the same thermals.
