Great thermal compound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My video card's fan motor stopped working and rather than buy a new $350 video card I ordered a replacement fan. I didn't want to wait for the fan to come in so I mounted a fan to my desk and aimed it at my tower and used the thermal compound to help keep temperatures down since the video card fan was dead. I wasn't sure how efficient my setup was but it managed wonderfully until my replacement fan arrived.

It's thermal paste

Great thernal compound!

This Insignia thermal compound made a huge difference in the operating temperature of my cpu! It's now running a solid 20 degrees Celsius cooler now than it ever before (50s rather than 70s C). The applicator was easy to use and includes a cap to prevent the remainder from leaking or drying out. Very happy with my purchase!

Works!

A little goes a long way. I used a dot the size of a pea and installed the cooler. My Cool Master Hyper 212 evo keeps my AMD 7400k running at 3.5GHz and a steady 50c.
