First time they sent the completely broken piece. I need to follow up couple of times to get it replaced. Customer service guys were helpful to get it replaced. Overall the product seems to be ok if not great

This stand has a decent build quality for the price. The packaging was less than desirable. A lot of moving parts in the box and one of the glass shelves had a big scratch in it.

The handles didn't fit and it was the last thing you do. So after building this very heavy stand I called to ask to get new handles shipped to me. They told me to return the entire product and get a new one. So I had to fix it myself because I certainly wasn't going to take this all apart just for the handles being wrong.

Very nice tv stand but the shelving is too tight to fit a big receiver. You have to omit the center shelve to fit

It took me 3 weeks and several phone calls to even get this TV stand. Best Buy lost it twice, but miraculously found it after I called the last time and told them I wanted to cancel the order. And the TV stand, which is supposed to be easy to put together, is so heavy I couldn't even carry it in the door. I had to have someone come over and carry it in for me. How I'll ever put it together I'm not sure. Easy to assemble is so misleading. I will never order from Best Buy again; I'd have to go in and have them deliver it to me personally and even then I'll be hard pressed to go with Best Buy again.

I purchase the TV stand and they didn't have it in the store so I had to go to another store to get it. Well that was ok they gave me money off, so I went to the store to pick up the stand and went home put it together and the last piece was damaged that was after 25 minutes. So I called the store they said bring it back, I said why can't you send me the damaged piece they would not do it. This stand weigh about 100lbs. I'm 53 I had a hard time getting it in my house the first time. So they gave me 10% off the stand. I'm really not happy with the damaged product.

didn't notice until I got it all together that both doors were broken and cracked on the glue joints. Since i don't plan on opening the doors ever this isn't a big deal for me. Big disappointment though.

The glass was scratched since the box (weighs about 140lbs) was damaged. Returned and got another one shipped. This box was in worse shape and the metal frame was dented and glass was scratched. The packing is so inadequate for such a heavy item. The item is extremely poorly manufactured. The doors looked as if it will fall apart any time.

This was smashed but was still sold to me as an ok product only to get it home and find the glass top smashed

After we assembled the TV stand, we started to notice a strange odor in the room. We thought that it was just the usual “new furniture smell “ that should go away after a few days. The odor has persisted now for 3 weeks. I read on the internet that wood furniture made in China frequently emits formaldehyde gas for quite a while.

The item came broken with glass everywhere, and while I'd love to blame UPS, you could tell it was not packaged well at all for an item that weights 135 pounds. It was a huge pain to have it returned to Best Buy. I would not purchase this item again.

This stand worked well for 2 years. But then it loudly and spontaneously shattered.

When assembling tv stand the glass was broken. Will be unable to assembly until contact best buy.

Extremely disappointed! This 60" TV stand was a birthday purchased from Best Buy which is 50 mins away from my home. Upon arriving home, we opened the box and broken glass was everywhere (I sustained minor cuts). Unfortunately, we returned the item and requested a full refund. Worst gift ever!

I do not recommend this product. First, the box looked as if it went through some kind of cleaver machine, it's scratched in a few places. And, it is way too heavy for anyone to be able to lift and move anywhere unassembled or once assembled, if you can figure out how to assemble it. I kept it only because it's too heavy to bother returning, so it's half put together and my tv is on it and I'm not moving it. I wouldn't buy it again.

I was looking for a stand for my new TV (actually just the components since the TV was going to be on the wall) and I liked the look of this on the site but none of my local stores had one on display. At this *relatively* low price (compared to the Magnolia-class stands) I was worried it was going to look cheap. I read the positive reviews here but was still skeptical. Boy was I wrong. First, this thing is really heavy. Like REALLY heavy. I had them load it in my truck and my wife and I wrestled it into the garage so we could take the parts up to my family room. There are 4 sheets of heavy tempered glass - 3 are for the inside shelves and one is the top. After getting those out, we pulled out the "base" and it practically assembled itself. It's basically folded up and you just pull the front away from the back letting the sides unfold. You put a couple of thumb screws in and it is built! I was dumbfounded. I was expecting the typical cam/pin system that seems to take forever to build. We then just slid the glass pieces in and we were done. This thing looks really good and I'm very impressed with the engineering, fit, and finish. Highly recommended.

Had mine since 2017, survived several moves, and plenty of kids. Enough storage for games, movies, and cords in the cabinet. The glass is extremely sturdy and looks great, wasn’t expecting to love it this much. Only downside is that this stand is a tad bit heavy and recommend two people when moving it.
