My computer claims that the wattage of this charger is too low - but it does get the charging done. The box is large and awkward, and it doesn't stay in the wall socket easily. Also, I'd prefer a longer cord.

My daughters dog keeps chewing up her chargers for her Laptop. Bought this one and now she is only replacing the USB-C cable when the dog gets hold of it. Much cheaper and less stress on her. Now if we can only get that Dog under control ;-)

This thing is great. For the price, unbeatable. Plenty of power. Keeps my 2018 15" MacBook Pro charged at work just fine. (I keep the Apple charger at home.) Make sure you need a USB-C charger if you buy this. No USB-A port on it.

I bought this new to replace the charger that came with my niece's laptop. Unfortunately, though this did charge the laptop at first, the computer had a glitch by then that kept it from mattering, so we set it aside. This was only 5 months ago. At about month 2 of owning this item, which had only been used ONCE by that point, I charged my niece's computer so I could help fix whatever was wrong with it. Turned out I didn't have all that I needed to fix it on-hand, but with a FULLY charged, but down-powered laptop on-hand, I wasn't worried about letting it sit for a few weeks until I got back to it. When I finally got back to it only 2-3 months later, the computer wouldn't even take a charge. WHICH, I should mention, I blamed on the computer itself rather than the charger. I thought somehow the battery had crapped out after such a relatively short period of non-use... However, on a whim, I decided to put my standard USB-C Wall Charger for my PHONE on it, and you know what? It fired right up! The phone charger may not be enough to sustain it long-term, but it was more than enough to charge it. And that charger was like 10 bucks. The fact that this overpriced Insignia wall charger won't even get power to it AT ALL is more than discouraging and disappointing. It's flat out unacceptable. So for the $40, or so, price that I paid for this charger, we got 2 charges out of it total?! TWO?!?! Unacceptable. There is really no excuse for this. This is not a battery issue at all - this is simply a charger issue. Unfortunately, I'm just out of my return period, so Insignia got full price for an almost completely defective product that was used only 2 times.

I bought one of these for a docking station. Now when I bring my MacBook to work I just plug in the one cable from the doc and I'm ready to go. The power supply just stays connected to the doc.. These are less than half of Apples price.

I bought the charger for my 15" macbook pro (touchbar) [Originally 87W] and it worked great for the past 8 months. Until suddenly it just stopped charging. I thought it might have been due to a controlled power outlet, but it's not. I've tried it at home, at work, and multiple power outlets, and the charger no longer works. Thought it was a good deal to get it for $40, but would just recommend getting the legit Apple one if you're planning on using it for a MBP.

It's a power supply with USB C. charges high power devices just fine. neat form factor and functional design - bought it in store and it was a hassle to find it as it's not under power supplies but apple accessories.

The Lenovo branded adapter broke after 15 months of use...just disintegrated at the end with all the twists/turns and being unwound...called Lenovo and they werent helpful. Insignia was $30 for open box item and I grabbed it!

I had been having difficulty charging my new computer and spoke to a Best Buy sales person while browsing. He told me that I needed a higher powered charger. He was right … no problems anymore. This one works great.

I was in need of a replacement as my wife temporarily left hers on a trip. This was a good bit less than apple product. She later got her other one back. She’s a flight attendant so good to have 2 anyway.

I was on a business trip with my new Dell laptop and realized I had brought my old charger with me. I stopped by Best Buy and they provided me with a new Type-C charger. The charger is more compact and works great.

This worked great for six months and then started flaking out. It still works but has to be in *just* the right position. I expected this from a 3rd party but not quite so soon.

Cord could be another foot but it's fine in most situations. Feels well built so far. Bought as travel charger for HP spectre. Surprisingly hard to find good usb c chargers for larger devices. This does the trick!

The plug is too heavy and the cable seems too short. It works as expected, but there are better alternatives.

This charger is one of the less expensive and good quality one. No need to buy an expensive brand for the same purpose. It is sturdy and easy to carry in a acomputer bag.

This is now my second charger. No longer have to pay the rip off price of Apple. Been a year for my first one. Now another for permanent housing at a second location. Fast and SAFE for MacBook Pro.

I needed a wall charger and without question bought an Insignia. I have made a LOT of purchases over the years and quite a few Insignia brand items that have always worked well for me.

I use this everyday to connect power my MacBook Pro. It has never failed me. I would highly recommend saving a few bucks and going with this model.

This was as great solution to as lost charger for 6-8 months, but recently I've been getting charge off and on. To be honest, it may be the battery going, I don't know.

The charger has multiple voltages with 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V and 19V with maximum 90W output, making it very versatile. I use it for charging my cellphone, nintendo switch and laptop. Very satisfied.
