However, less than a week in it quickly started charging my laptop less and less until it just stopped working.I thought it was the laptop itself, but I brought it to The Geek Squad and their chargers worked fine. I aked about the wattage and it was a 90 watt and was compatible, it just doesnt work I guess.

Died after 15 months

I've never traveled with it -- it was just used in my home office. As of today it is totally dead. And it is a 1-year warranty of course, so 3 months too late. I guess you get what you pay for.

Did not work consistently

Sometimes it would charge, sometimes it would not. Plugged the OEM charger back in and it charged the laptop fine. Not sure what the issue is with the Insignia adapter. Ended up returning it.

Does not work at all

I asked for the charger to my IPad Pro 12”. The newest version. Got it home. Connected it to my IPad and it did nothing. I let it stay plugged for a day and it didn’t charge at all. Waste of money.

Poor Design

Terrible product.

The charger never charges my computer fully. I have had to set my computer and the cord in a certain position in order for the charger. Plus, the general manager at the Hoover, Al was very rude in his approach to assisting me in resolving this issue.
