It's hard to find a 180W that really delivers 180W. This one really does. It was delivered right to my door the next day. What more could I ask for.

I purchased this (open box), and it did not have the tip I needed, even though it said it HP tips. I also went to the website to see if the tip was there, and you do not even have my model listed!!! Then, I went back to the retail store, and the cashier accused me of cutting in line even though I did not. She then very rudely told me, "You're past the 15 days, so you dont get a refund." Complete miss all around. I have spent alot of money at Best Buy over the years, but this experience has convinced me not to spend any more money with you. And the associate behavior was intolerable as well.

Good product but not compatible with our ASUS mode

Unfortunately it was not compatible. We have an ASUS ROG Zephyrus GA503RM-G15.R93060 Returned it the next day without any issues. While we did like the idea of a universal charger, it didnt work for our situation.

The power supply comes with adapters for several devices. They attach securely to the power cord and do not work loose.

Luckily they have universal ps that work on almost all brands.
