Really good charger to replace my broken one just wish that the tip was better connected when you swap out for other pc adapters easy to accidently disconnect

Adapter plug doesn’t go completely into laptop. Working good for now but unsure if this will break or not

This is a very good product. You just have to check the voltage your computer needs to confirm if this is the right product for you.

My laptop charger started to break was looking for a new came across this universal charger and it works like a charm.

Did not have the piece that I needed to charge my laptop even though it lists the adapter as if it’s included in the box. Bulky and heavy black box that is on a separate cord from the part that connects to the wall.

I don't know if someone messed with the packaging but the cord that plugs into the transformer part doesn't even fit the transformer (transformer part looks like it accepts 3 cylinders, the cord that came in the box's plug is rectangular on the top, sloping inwards towards the bottom). The worst part is due to a family emergency I didn't open the box for over a month, so now I have a $100 contribution to the e-waste recycle bin.

This device does not work for Alienware 17 R5 laptops. It will allow it to run but after 24 hours plugged in the battery level has not changed. Do not but this for your Alienware laptop it will not charge. I will be returning it tomorrow.

It was great to find this adaptor that had the right amp size and came with multiple adaptors to find the right one that goes in the whole for the computer to be able to charge/work. It works excellently.

Haven't tested long term, but working for my MSI MF63 gaming laptop (which had both the original and warranty replaced AC adapter die less than 8 months each). Tip 16 and 20 both seem to work. (NOTE: I bought Open Box for $30, so very happy with the result). The MSI charger, which I obviously no longer trust, was nearly $100. If I had to pay full price -- wouldn't be so happy, but better than buying another laptop.

I picked this charger up as a backup because I have a mix of laptops in my place and I got tired of hunting for the right charger every time. This one honestly solved that problem for me. The different tips they include are actually useful and not cheap feeling. I was able to plug it into my main laptop right out of the box and it charged just as fast as the original charger. The power output is strong enough for my higher wattage devices, which was my main concern. A lot of universal chargers claim to be high-power but struggle when you actually plug them into a bigger laptop. This one didn’t have any issue at all. It stays cool, the connection feels solid, and it doesn’t randomly disconnect the way cheaper ones do. I also appreciate the length of the cable. It gives enough room to move around without feeling stuck next to the outlet. The build quality feels sturdy and the brick itself isn’t overly bulky, so it doesn’t take up a lot of space in my bag. It has been reliable for travel and as a daily charger at home. Overall, this is an easy recommendation if you have multiple laptops or just want a dependable universal charger. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and feels like something that will last a long time. If you need something simple and powerful, this one is worth picking up.

EXCELLENT! The issue though is that we bought this to replace our Asus 240W power charger. While this shows all the power tips on the image it does NOT include them all in the box. In fact the tip we wanted was not in the box. This is easily resolved, in that you can just go to a Best Buy website, request the tip you need, and they ship it to you for free. But it took 2 weeks to get. And in that time we had to rely on just plain old USB charging off a much less powerful adapter. So, while I highly recommend this charger... it works great, charges great, has a lot of functionality and interoperability.... the lack of including all tips right out of the box, was problematic. Again, it was resolved... but it took time. Be aware of this when you buy it. Otherwise, buy with confidence. As such I gave it 4/5 * for ease of use... b/c we had to get that extra tip

I bought this for my son because he left his Lenovo 180w laptop charger/ adapter in the Philippines. It is working as intended and the best part is, he can use it with his other laptops too!

This charger fits every gadget you might possess. Works well, I am completely satisfied. I am lucky that it fits my old ASUS, it was very difficult to find a fitting charger for it.

Extensive assortment of adaptors connects this charger to virtually any electronic device, converter provides circuit isolation/protection during storms, used constantly with no problems for wife's laptop. Worth every dollar.

Had to purchase this, because my bunnies ate mu computer charger. It works great and you can use it with different computers, because it comes with adapters. Great item.

Had to return this charger because it was not powerful enough for my laptop (found out I have a gaming laptop) - BUT I do have to say the interchangeable adapters are ingenious and the charger itself if pretty sturdy and seems like an awesome replacement for a laptop charger.

This laptop charger is excellent for my gaming laptop. I use it everyday and it comes with a ton of different laptop plug ins to fit pretty much any laptop you have!

It works really good and is stronger than the one we replaced.
