Bought charger for a gaming laptop. Does the job it needs to. Like the fact that it has tips that are labeled to what you will need.

Great charger. Works fast and with different computer types. Only thing is that it is fairly bulky and heavy in my work bag.

Charges my computer well, though the BIOS detects that it's not a official HP charger for some reason. It still works though.

Ever have one of those days where dog ate your homework? In this case, when the dog eats your power adaptor Velcro strap and the cable to which it was attached? For my Asus business laptop, this saved my bacon.

This charger works great with my Alienware laptop. Highly recommend it, especially since the adapters and capabilities make it compatible with many other devices.

I purchased an item and tried to return it a couple of days past the 15-day return window. The manager, Elizabeth, was unwilling to make an exception and informed me the only option was to purchase an additional $50 warranty extension to allow a 60-day return period. I felt this was unfair, especially as a long-time customer, and believe a one-time exception would have been a better decision to maintain loyalty. Unfortunately, I left feeling disrespected by the interaction. I hope Best Buy trains managers to show more flexibility and customer-first judgment in these situations.

It’s a decent replacement charger with a variety of plug types. For the price, though, I’d recommend getting OEM charger.

10 months into using this product for the days I work home, which is about 3 days a week, this product started failing. The charge would be inconsistent, showing its charging for 10 seconds, then the next 10 seconds it showed it wasn’t charging. It was great with no problems before then.

Worked as a replacement for my msi laptop that said it needed much more power than this. No problem!

Great fast charger for gaming laptops it works for many different ones just be sure that you get the exact specs.

This works well for the laptops I've tested it with. I mostly got it to use with my 2021 ASUS G14, and it has worked well with that.

I kept forgetting my laptop charger at work when I started going back into the office for work. This is perfect. I can leave this one at home and it works great

It works well if your computer is using one of the tips included. Why there isn’t a universal one is beyond me but here we are. My computer brand was listed in the side but it did not fit. It would be great if they had a display that showed all the tips available and make it a more efficient shopping experience. I had to return it since it didn’t work for me.
