I purchased this item to charge a gaming MSI laptop (i.e. heavy power consumption), because I accidentally left the factory charger at home. The Best Buy customer sales rep was very accommodating and unboxed the item in the store to confirm it would work with my laptop - it did. The Good: - Best Buy customer service - Item works as advertised - Does not overheat with extended use The Bad: - A little pricey

This is more of a review of the Best Buy Staff vs. the item itself. I came in with my laptop and current charger. It was 200W. I was trying to get as close to 200W as possible (Its an ASUS laptop but the ASUS website didn't have any 200W chargers available--shame on them). I found out doing research that It is actually better for your laptop battery to get a charger that matches OR EXCEEDS the recommended wattage--which the staff member did not know. I had to return it since the wattage was only 180W. Best Buy, do a better job of educating your staff. This is why people come into the store v. ordering online--they need tech expertise with purchases like this.

Sales assistant on floor was totally useless - just buy it and bring it back if it doesn't work. Woman at checkout was a superstar! She looked some information up on the product too make sure it will work with an older MSI laptop, after I purchased it she took a minute to open the box and compare with my broken charger, looked good. The charger works fine. You should promote that employee, she actually does get job, and well.

Recently purchased surplus Dell Optiplex mini desktops from an auction. Needed to find functional AC adapters since they were not included. I found this item on BestBuy and was cheaper than what I found on Amazon and other sites like NewEgg and StarTech. Decided to try it out and it works. I went back and bought 4 more. The multiple adapter heads work with most all manufacturers. No issues .

This is a Charging Kit I gave 5 stars to as ALL the connectors are numbered for ID to the Laptop manufacturer. It is easy to assemble and connect

The device worked fine. However, it is very heavy & bulky, unpopular with wife & daughter. In order to get the adapter tip our Dell needed, it was necessary to buy this unit which has nearly double the required power for the laptop in question.

Bought this last second because I left my MSI Pulse GL66 gaming laptop charger at home and needed it to do business work. To my surprise this laptop charger worked just fine and charged my laptop to 100% with no issues. The HP and Dell tips both fit and charged my MSI gaming laptop. The only con is that with tax it’s 100 bucks

Love this charging cable with a bag full of plugs to use on any device. I keep it as a spare in my laptop bag, for travel and remote use. Glad the Apple guy in the store (I shopped an iPad also) pointed me to this more expensive version to quickly charge my new Dell 16-inch laptop.

Needed in an emergency after leaving my charger in another state. It works and charges for now. However, the fit of the plug into the computer is a little wonky and loose even though it is the right size. It works for now with no issue but time will tell if it will continue to.

This was just what I needed for my older laptap. A little more than I was hoping to pay, though for an old laptop.

Very happy with this item. Know the tip size of your laptop before you purchase, but chances are this one includes the correct adapted. The quality appears as good if not a little better than the one that came with my computer (which died after a year). Definitely worth the investment especially if in-stock at your local store.

Works great with various laptops. Adapter fit right and was easy to apply. Only issue is that it is bulky and heavy. Thus, it does not fit well in a laptop bag.

Works perfectly for my Asus g15 as original charger got chewed by dog,but this one works just as perfectly and has many options for anything in the future is a little costly though as if you have the patience really can get original replacements for cheaper just depends on you and if you like the idea of something that could have multipurpose.

The item was very useful and comes with many adapters. Unfortunately, the price and it not working for my intended device warrants the 4-star. I nonetheless used it for a different project

So the reason this was purchased initially was due to a chewing incident. I have a puppy and the puppy chewed through my old cord. However, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise! This new power cord is so much better at handling the amount of gaming that I do without overheating and causing concern of burns or fire that I am actually ordering three more for the other gamers in my family. Those who slay together stay together! Live long and game regularly!

Even though I forgot to review right away I still remember it was Martin who helped me. I didn't know the wattage my gaming laptop needed and he was able to figure it out easily with a picture I took of my laptop's specs. The item itself works as advertised, and there's a bunch of adapters.

Functionally works, but did not fit quite right - but did work for the computer I needed it for. Turns out it works well for other devices I have as well. The only reason I give it four stars, is the connectors are kinda loose going into my devices, but as long as it's not bumped or jostled, it works wonderfully.

These high power 180Watt laptop chargers are expensive. I grabbed one that was refurbished for something like 60% of the original cost. Product claims to be universal and that was true for my ASUS Zephryus. It has fittings for many other devices. Works perfectly. Nice!

I had purchased 1 for my daughter and she loved it, then when I needed a power plug for my laptop (the same week unfortunately), I purchased a 2nd one. They work wonders and always charge really fast. The tips being interchangeable will help unbelievably too because there are 3 computer users in my residence and I get a new laptop every so often and will never question having a backup power source.
