That one wore down, ripped, and stopped charging my laptop after about 2 years. Although it took that long to completely stop working, ware and tear began after after about 3 months. It’s been at least 4 months since I bout his Insignia cable and there’s no sign of degradation at all, plus it charges my laptop much faster too. Great buy

Went through their website to find the tip I need and it refuses to show my laptop with my model number despite having purchased the laptop from Bestbuy a year prior. I went through all other models it shows for the same laptop and none have the tip I require. $50 paperweight and useless website for trying to find the tip you need.
