Here I am not even 9 months later and the charge shorted out and crashes my computer constantly because it doesn’t push enough power. Out nearly $100 plus another charger from elsewhere.

Size and location of heavy transformer box

I was able to place an order for free on the website provided in the box. I still haven’t received the tip. They still haven’t even provided a tracking number or anything and it’s been at least two weeks.
