Works fine, just wish I didn’t have to purchase the most expensive one just to use one piece.

This is for older laptops. With all the adapter non of them fit my laptop which is the newer slim versions which uses usb port.

didn't work out, was not a fit for the computer and for some reason could not make power flow, everything was a few seconds delay in responding.

Even with the right attachment the cord will not stay in. Not a good fit. Not satisfied at all.

I just tried to return this cord because I found similar cords much cheaper online. And I learned that Best Buy has a ridiculous 15 day return policy and was not able to return this overpriced cord. Not cool.

None of the tips provided worked with my Lenovo laptop, even though listed on the box as compatible. Additional tips can be ordered, but as this was an emergency purchase out of town, the ordering option was not helpful.

One start, because I don't think i can give zero stars. Product didn't work on my computer (dell). Best buy policy is 14 day return and i couldn't get there within that time period (was traveling). Waste of money.

Did not work for my Lenovo docking station, 180 watts and I needed 135 watts.

The piece continues to unplug from the computer and I don’t particularly care for the many pieces that come with it where you’re supposed to “fit” the correct one. Give me a universal plug!! This one sucks but was what the salesperson suggested.

Terrible product (would not recommend to anyone). I went into Best Buy 2 months ago for a replacement charger, and an employee handed me this universal charger saying it works for literally anything. After these two months of using the charger, my battery LED indicator began to blink and not charge when I put my laptop to sleep/shut it off. When using my laptop while plugged in, there would be no light, and my battery percentage would stay the same throughout. It stopped charging my MSI GS65 Stealth, only kept it powered, and the charging tip was always scalding hot (not a safe product).

This product did not work to charge my Dell laptop. It only kept by battery at 1% while plugged in.

It was okay. It is good to have as a spare. It detached too fast

I'm sure this is great but this is NOT compatible with Dell Inspirion. Was very disappointed

I have an MSI, which has a peculiar connector, and I left my charger at home. A hundred dollars for a charging cord seems like a lot to pay for that simple connector.....

This didn’t work for what I needed so unfortunately I had to return.

Could not use it with my HP Laptop even though it says it is compatible with HP.

Have it an average arrive because it is universal but not for Razer

Pretty overpriced and the one I bought was already broken.

Expensive product showing all possible connector tips included with a guarantee if correct one needed & not in the product to contact the company for a suitable one- did so with specific equipment info given (simply a basic older dell computer laptop), but still mailed an incorrect charging tip. Will add that all store personnel were fantastic, friendly & helpful with my returning it! Employees at the company called were also very friendly, just didn’t get what I expected when purchased.

I need to state that I didn’t not open the box to check the item when I received it. I set it aside and only recently opened it. The charger part was not Insignia, it was a Lenovo charger. Not sure what happened there, but the attachments are not usable because I was sent the wrong charger. So I gave it the lowest score I could. I am purchasing another open box similar charger. I will see if I get what I paid for.
