I told a sales associate which computer I was buying for and he told me it would work. Well, it isn't powerful enough to do the job. I didn't return it because I was too busy to make time. Anyway. not the end of the world, but not the best customer service either.

We plug it in and no charge. Unfortunately it is 3 weeks after it arrived and Best Buy’s terrible return policy won’t let us return it. Save time and money buy from someone with a decent return policy.

Adaptor tips would not fit my laptop, even though the product description says "Guaranteed to work with any laptop". Definitely not universal as described! Best Buy said to go to the tip website, and they would send one for free. Did that to my exact model and serial number, and that tip would not fit. Insignia customer service was absolutely worthless after all of that!

Extremely dissatisfied and I would return it if my friend hadn't thrown the box away. The tip finder website recommended the wrong tip. It was a lot of time and effort and more expensive than buying a replacement from my manufactuer (Acer.)

It's short by 1 volt and 5 amps. Also, don't take the site's word for "get it by tomorrow"... waited for three days to get this item only to find out that I need a different one. Make sure to review your device first to make sure it meets your power requirements. Lesson learned for my part.

Next day, my computer will not charge, only stays on when plugged in! Now dealing with Dell to get the correct charger, stuck to this cable for a while Ugh!

Every game I tried playing with this AC adapter I would encounter extreme fps drops. If you need another AC adapter don’t buy this one but instead go to your laptops manufacturers website and look for an exact replacement.
