Disappointed and Angry

I was able to place an order for free on the website provided in the box. I still haven’t received the tip. They still haven’t even provided a tracking number or anything and it’s been at least two weeks.

I went into Best Buy 2 months ago for a replacement charger, and an employee handed me this universal charger saying it works for literally anything. After these two months of using the charger, my battery LED indicator began to blink and not charge when I put my laptop to sleep/shut it off. When using my laptop while plugged in, there would be no light, and my battery percentage would stay the same throughout. It stopped charging my MSI GS65 Stealth, only kept it powered, and the charging tip was always scalding hot (not a safe product).

Does not stay plugged into the computer

Give me a universal plug!! This one sucks but was what the salesperson suggested.

Product didn't work on my computer (dell). Best buy policy is 14 day return and i couldn't get there within that time period (was traveling). Waste of money.
