Will add that all store personnel were fantastic, friendly & helpful with my returning it! Employees at the company called were also very friendly, just didn’t get what I expected when purchased.

I set it aside and only recently opened it. The charger part was not Insignia, it was a Lenovo charger. Not sure what happened there, but the attachments are not usable because I was sent the wrong charger. So I gave it the lowest score I could. I am purchasing another open box similar charger. I will see if I get what I paid for.

Adaptor tips would not fit my laptop, even though the product description says "Guaranteed to work with any laptop". Definitely not universal as described! Best Buy said to go to the tip website, and they would send one for free. Did that to my exact model and serial number, and that tip would not fit. Insignia customer service was absolutely worthless after all of that!

Lacking in everything I need

Extremely dissatisfied and I would return it if my friend hadn't thrown the box away. Not-so-universal... check your device first!

It's short by 1 volt and 5 amps. Also, don't take the site's word for "get it by tomorrow"... waited for three days to get this item only to find out that I need a different one. Make sure to review your device first to make sure it meets your power requirements. Lesson learned for my part.
