    Charges SLOOWWWLY when Lenovo Legion 7 is off

    Does not charge my lenovo legion 7 while running, slow to charge when not running. It does however keep it on while the computer is in quiet mode so at least my laptop stays on. It's weird cuz my 100W gan charger kept it charged (until the charger broke)

    Best Buy Not Checking Returns Again

    Needed this on a road trip. Was sold to me as new, not open box. Only came with 6 of the 8 tips, and of course the one I need it not in the box. Worthless.

    Not compatible with all ASUS laptops

    I bought this charger thinking it would work with my ASUS ROG Strix GL531GT - this is the charger the Best Buy website recommends for that model and what their tip configurator website recommended. Unfortunately it does not work

    I asked the customer service person multiple times that it would fit my pc and they assured me it would and then it didn’t, major let down for a $90 product

    Before purchasing, I contacted tech support and very specifically asked if this charger would work with my laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad P1 Gen 3). I was assured it would. It did not.
