The adapter is wide, but fairly thin, and powers my devices just fine. Insignia also sent me a replacement tip that did not come in the box originally when contacted through the email address they specified on one of the manuals. Replacement came in 3 days at no charge - fast service, quality device.

Then I found a Best Buy in a different town and went there and told them my problem and they had one in stock and this thing worked perfectly.

A bummer that my dog chewed the power cord on my original. Luckily i got the geeksquad warranty. Bought this one and when they couldn't find an exact replacement they re-imbursed me the total price I paid for it. Quality product and great service.
