I only needed one of the optional pieces, but the one I needed was there. Not sure what I'll do with the other ones, but hopefully someone I know will be able to use them!

But they did mail me the correct one after I found the SKU of my laptop. Overall good service, just not as universal as I had hoped.

I feel like if I don't let it completely die, it will work fine, but did seems unable to bring it back from the dead.
