    This item was a simple fix for a broken charger for my laptop. I only needed one of the optional pieces, but the one I needed was there. Not sure what I'll do with the other ones, but hopefully someone I know will be able to use them!

    Didn't come with the connector I needed l. But they did mail me the correct one after I found the SKU of my laptop. Overall good service, just not as universal as I had hoped.

    Needed a replacement and this product works great for typical lap tops. As long as it isn't a gaming lap top with a hefty battery, this will charge almost any lap top that doesn't require a usb-c charging port.
