    Best Buy and this Insignia charger were lifesavers. Realized I didn't have charger while on a trip. Went to Best Buy and support people helped me identify the charger that I needed with the correct wattage. Charger works great and love the fact that I can use the universal charger with several other computer/devices that I have. I highly recommend Best Buy and this product.

    Nice product but it was missing the tip to fit my Lenovo Ideapad Flex (N3). The nice customer service agent at Geek Squad had one to give me that one to fit my laptop…

    The power cord to an older laptop I still use, stopped working. I took the specs to the folks at Best Buy and they recommended the Insignia Universal Charger. With all it's connection options, it was easy to select the right one and get back to work.
