    I’m giving it 4 stars bc it’s supposed to be a universal charger, but It didn’t work on my Dell laptop. It might have been that my laptop was stripped or the motherboard was damaged.

    The universal charger comes with multiple connector heads for ease of use on different laptops. The problem is it does not stay connected to the cord very well. Poor design.
