He took a tweezers and removed a piece that had broken off in my computer and sold me a new chord, only after making sure one of the fittings in the package would fit my computer. When I go back to the store, I will definitely look for him again. The chord has worked well.

Geek Squad recommended a new charger before the purchase of a new computer. I have now been using the charger for about a month and no problem with holding a charge. Thank you again Geek Squad

The diferent tips can be a livesaver if you are with a group of people and only you have the charger. The chord lenght is great, no so big nor to small. And its light weight, easy to carry.
