The only thing I didn’t like; which was my fault, was to Malle an appt. The first time. Overall the service I received was excellent.

Item has been constantly working great! I like that it has changeable attachments for different products. The sale associate was great and helped me find a charger that was compatible with my HP laptop.

We cook the broken part into Best Buy and showed it to an associate along with this device, asking whether or not it work. He said that it would. The side of the box said that it would work with Lenovox computers. We bought it. It did not work. Since I accidentally waited a bit more than 15 days to return it, Best Buy will not take it back.
